Pieter Schlosser is a Guatemalan-born composer known for his work on major global franchises including Bungie’s Destiny 2, Disney’s Secrets of Sulphur Springs, and the series The Lying Game. His additional music contributions span major studio projects such as the Transformers films, Desperate Housewives (169 episodes), and other network and streaming productions.
Shaped by a childhood spent in Guatemala, Austria, Panama, and Costa Rica, Pieter brings a distinctly global musical perspective to his hybrid orchestral-electronic style. After studying Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music, he moved to Los Angeles and spent five years at Hans Zimmer’s studio working alongside Steve Jablonsky on feature films, television, and blockbuster franchises.
Pieter is also an active educator, giving masterclasses and multi-hour workshops at Soundtrack Cologne and the Film Scoring Academy of Europe, where he trains emerging composers in workflow, hybrid scoring, and professional readiness for film, television, and game music.
Based in Los Angeles, Pieter continues to score narrative-driven projects for studios worldwide.
